Anthony Castiglione is the owner and operator of Precision Garage Door Service of South Jersey. With nearly two decades of experience in the garage door business and home service call center business, Anthony is deeply focused on operational excellence, customer experience, and data-driven decision making to ensure every customer receives the best service experience possible.
Anthony’s involvement goes far beyond ownership. He works closely with his team to ensure customers receive fast, professional service and clear communication from the first call through job completion. His background in call handling, scheduling optimization, and customer service gives him a unique perspective on how small operational decisions directly impact customer satisfaction and outcomes.
Equally important to Anthony is building a workplace where quality truly matters and where employees can grow, develop, and build careers they are proud of. He believes that when team members are supported, trained, and respected, it shows in the service delivered to customers. His philosophy is simple: the customer has to win first, the service professional has to win second, and the company has to win third. If any one of those three does not win, then the best possible service was not delivered.
Anthony has deep personal ties to the communities he serves. He spends his summers in Wildwood, grew up in Delco and married a Voorhees native. A lifelong, die-hard Philadelphia sports fan, Anthony grew up playing ice hockey in South Jersey and baseball and football in Delco, experiences that shaped his appreciation for teamwork, accountability, and discipline.
Under his leadership, Anthony’s Precision locations emphasize same-day availability, transparent pricing, and high standards of workmanship. He believes trust is earned through consistency, accountability, and doing the right thing for the customer, especially when things don’t go perfectly.
